摘 要:针对由蒙皮、隔热层、空气层、内饰板组成的组合结构,本文提出了利用隔热层等单一成分的少量试验实测数据计算其整体等效热阻的预测方法。该方法采用"热流微调、温度逼近"的计算思路,将组合结构沿厚度方向离散化,调整热流计算平衡温度,同时能够进行考虑界面接触热阻以及隔热层含水情况下的组合结构热阻计算。采用"实测热流、双向逼近"的方法来计算包含了空气传导、对流与上下界面间辐射传热效应的空气层热导率。单一成分热阻的预测值与实测数据相比十分接近,组合结构的预测值规律性良好。With small amount of test data of single compositon like the thermal insulation layer, a prediction method for the equivalent thermal resistance of the assembled sructure made of the skin, thermal insulaiton layer, air layer and the interior was presented. The assembled structure was discrete in thickness orientation and the equilibrium temperature was calculated with the modulated heat flux under the algorithm of "modulating heat flux slightly,approaching equilibrium temperature closely". The equivalent thermal resistance considering the thermal contact resistance and the thermal resistance of the thermal insulation layer with some extent of water could be also calculated. The thermal conductivity of the air layer considering thermal conduction, convection and radiation between its upper and lower surface was calculated by the algorithm of "approaching from both sides with the test heat flux".The predicted value of the thermal resistance of the single composition was quite close to the test data, and the predicted value of the thermal resistance of the assembled structure was good in orderliness.
