品管圈活动对腹腔镜宫颈癌手术患者术中体温的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对腹腔镜宫颈癌手术患者术中体温的影响。方法选取本院2019年1月—2019年12月接收的88例腹腔镜宫颈癌手术患者,以2019年7月1日品管圈活动实施时间点为界限,将活动前接收的44例患者列为对照组,将活动后接收的44例患者列为观察组,观察品管圈活动的有形成果与无形成果。结果品管圈活动后,两组患者手术时不同时间段(手术30 min时、手术60 min时、手术结束时)的体温差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术中低体温发生率为4.55%,显著低于对照组的20.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈活动后全体圈员的综合能力评分为(35.95±2.64)分,显著高于活动前的(19.53±1.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于腹腔镜宫颈癌手术患者的术中体温管理,能够有效提高全体圈员综合能力,维持术中体温恒定,降低术中低体温发生。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle on the intraoperative temperature of patients undergoing laparoscopic cervical cancer surgery.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,88 laparoscopic cervical cancer patients were selected.Take July 1,2019 as the time point for the implementation of quality control circle activities, 44 patients received before the activity were incluede as the control group, and 44 patients received after the activity were classified as the observation group, the tangible and intangible results of quality control circle activities were compared.Results After quality control circle activity, the temperature difference between the two groups was statistically significant,(P<0.05);the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in observation group was 4.55%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the comprehensive ability score of all members in observation group after activity was(35.95±2.64),which was significantly higher than that before activity(19.53±1.45)(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle activity can be used in the intraoperative temperature management of patients undergoing laparoscopic cervical cancer surgery to effectively to improve the comprehensive ability of all the circle members, maintain the intraoperative temperature constant and reduce the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia.
