岩盐气溶胶疗法治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨岩盐气溶胶疗法治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法收集2019年1月~12月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院群力院区儿内科确诊为特应性皮炎患儿186例,分为对照组和治疗组,每组93例。对照组仅使用0.05%地奈德乳膏外涂患处,治疗组仅应用岩盐气溶胶治疗,每周记录患儿EASI评分和研究者总体评价(investigator’s global assessment, IGA)。同时在治疗前和治疗3周后分别采用ELISA法测定患儿IL-4、IL-13浓度。结果与对照组相比,治疗组疗效优于对照组(Z=-6.49,P<0.05);治疗组有效地降低了患儿EASI评分、IL-4、IL-13浓度(P均<0.05);治疗组的研究者总体评价分值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论岩盐气溶胶治疗儿童特应性皮炎疗效明确,优于激素外涂,不良反应少,临床安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rock salt aerosol therapy on children with atopic dermatitis. Methods A total of 186 children with atopic dermatitis in the Department of Pediatrics of Qunli Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January to December 2019 were collected. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group, with 93 patients in each group. Only 0.05% deside cream was applied to the affected area in the control group, and only rock salt aerosol was applied in the treatment group. EASI score and investigator’s global assessment(IGA) were recorded weekly. At the same time, IL-4 and IL-13 concentrations were measured by ELISA method before and 3 weeks after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(Z=-6.49, P<0.05). In the treatment group, EASI score, IL-4 and IL-13 concentrations, and IGA were effectively reduced(all P<0.05). Conclusion Rock salt aerosol is effective in treating children with atopic dermatitis, which is superior to hormone coating.
