摘 要:目的探讨清肺消痤合剂的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对连翘、黄芩、黄柏进行鉴别;采用高效液相法(HPLC)对黄芩苷和小檗碱进行含量测定。结果在选定的薄层色谱条件下,连翘、黄芩、黄柏的斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;黄芩苷、小檗碱分别在66.40~331.99μg/mL、18.73~93.64μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r为0.9997~0.9998),平均加样回收率分别为99.27%、99.65%,RSD分别为2.80%、2.58%(n=6)。结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,可作为有效控制清肺消痤合剂质量的方法。Objective To explore the quality control standard of Qingfeixiaocuo mixture.Methods The thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify forsythia,Scutellaria baicalensis and golden cypress.The high performance liquid method(HPLC)was used to determine the contents of baicalin and berberine.Results Forsythia,Scutellaria baicalensis and golden cypress could be detected and the spots were clear under the selected chromatographic conditions.There was no interference with the negative sample.Baicalin and berberine had good linear relationships in the concentration range of 66.40-331.99,18.73-93.64μg/mL,r of 0.9997-0.9998.The average recoveries were 99.27%and 99.65%,respectively.The RSD were 2.80%and 2.58%,respectively(n=6).Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation,strong accuracy and good reproducibility.It can be used as an effective method to control the quality of Qingfeixiaocuo mixture.
