摘　　要：围绕身体和生命的规制问题,福柯与阿甘本展开了他们有关生命政治的论述。二者的思想汇聚在一起,共同构筑起融合了否定性生命权力(决断权力)和肯定性生命权力(规训权力)的生命政治图景。步入智能时代,日新月异的媒介技术深刻改写了社会现实,重塑了生命政治格局。当人技互嵌的数字生态日渐成型,人类的自然身体开始向"数字态身体"转变,生命政治便具备了全新的精神内核与实践指向。本文认为,"技术去能"代表着否定性生命权力的决断,"多维透视"则代表着肯定性生命权力的施展。二者互为增补,合力构成了智能时代的生命政治图景。Focusing on the regulation of body and life,Foucault and Agamben started their discussion about biopolitics.The thoughts of them come together to build a picture of biopolitics which integrates negative biopower(decision power)and positive biopower(discipline power).In the age of intelligence,the ever-changing media technology has profoundly rewritten the social reality and reshaped the pattern of biopolitics.When the digital ecology of human and technology is gradually taking shape and the human natural body begins to transform into a"digital body",biopolitics will have a new spiritual core and practical direction.This paper holds that"technology disenpowerment"represents the negative decision of biopower,while"multidimensional perspective"represents the positive exertion of biopower.The two complement each other,and together constitute the prospect of biopolitics in the age of intelligence.
