摘  要:目的了解黑水虻饲养料中孳生粉螨种类及其多样性,为养殖黑水虻的害螨控制提供参考。方法采集黑水虻饲养池中的饲养料,用60目/吋的分样筛过筛后采用直接镜检法分离其中的螨类,并制作玻片标本对其进行鉴定与分类。结果共采集黑水虻饲养料19.02g,检出螨类15276只,隶属4科5属5种。其中粉螨4种,即腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)1361只、伯氏嗜木螨(Caloglyphus berlesei)12359只、拱殖嗜渣螨(Chortoglyphus arcuatus)229只和粉尘螨(Dermatophagoides farinae)524只。肉食螨一种为马六甲肉食螨(Cheyletus alaccensis)共803只。平均孳生密度为803.15只/g。结论黑水虻饲养料中螨类污染较为严重,主要螨种为伯氏嗜木螨等粉螨,应提高预防控制意识并采取有效的防制措施,抑制黑水虻养殖池中粉螨的孳生。Objective To investigate the species and diversity of acaroid mites breeding in feed for Hermetia illucens in order to provide a reference for control of mites on Hermetia illucens.Methods Feed for Hermetia illucens was collected and passed through a 60-mesh sieve.Mites were directly separated from the samples under a microscope,and species were identified and classified using slide specimens.Results A total of 19.02g of feed for Hermetia illucens was obtained from a feeding pool and 15,276mites were detected.Mites belonged to 5genera in 4families.There were 4species of acaroid mites,including Tyrophagus putrescentiae(1,361mites),Caloglyphus berlesei(12,359mites),Chortoglyphus arcuatus(229mites),and Dermatophagoides farinae(524mites).Another species was Cheyletus alaccensis(803mites).The average breeding density was 803.15mites/g.Conclusion The feed for Hermetia illucens is seriously infested with mites,and the dominant species are acaroid mites such as C.berlesei.Effective prevention and control measures are necessary to control the breeding of acaroid mites in breeding pools for Hermetia illucens.
