摘　　要：囊型包虫病是一种严重影响人类身体健康的人兽共患寄生虫病。骨包虫病是囊型包虫病中最复杂、最具破坏性的疾病之一。与内脏包虫病不同,由于无特异性的影像学特征及临床表现,其诊断和治疗常常给骨科医生带来挑战。本文就骨包虫病的发病机制、临床表现、诊断策略及治疗方案的研究进展进行综述,旨在为骨包虫病的临床诊治提供参考。Cystic echinococcosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease that seriously affects human health.Osseous echinococcosis is one of the most complex and destructive forms of cystic echinococcosis.Unlike visceral echinococcosis,its diagnosis and treatment are challenging for orthopedic surgeons due to the non-specific imaging features and clinical manifestations.Most of the current literature related to osseous echinococcosis is case reports,and there is a lack of consensus on diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviews advances in the study of the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnostic strategies,and treatment options for osseous echinococcosis to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of osseous echinococcosis.
