摘 要:该文选用普通小球藻对生活污水处理厂各处理单元进出水的生物毒性进行检测,并且对污水的生物毒性成因进行分析。结果表明,污水经粗、细格栅后的生物毒性最大,TII50为33.11%,经曝气沉砂池后生物毒性TII50降低为30.67%,初沉池中生物毒性有所上升,TII50为32.89%,经过A2O工艺处理后的污水的生物毒性大幅度下降至3.27%。二沉池出水的生物毒性相对好氧池出水稍有降低,TII50为3.00%,但是二沉池出水加氯消毒后的生物毒性有所升高,TII50达到3.67%,加氯消毒后会产生消毒副产物,消毒副产物引起了生物毒性的增加,THMs的EC50值为318μg/L时,加氯量为19.6 mg/L。结合常规水质分析,发现污水的生物毒性与COD值表现出较好的线性相关性,说明随着污水中总有机污染物的去除,生物毒性有了明显降低。A bioassay using Chlorella vulgaris was used to detect biotoxicity of each unit in and out of a domestic wastewa⁃ter treatment plant employing an A2O process and the cause of biotoxicity of domestic wastewater were analyzed.The results showed that the biotoxicity of domestic wastewater treated with coarse and fine grates was the largest,with TII50 as 33.11%.The biotoxicity decreased to 30.67%(TII50)after aerated sedimentation tank and then to 32.89%(TII50)for the primary settling tank.The biotoxicity of(TII50)domestic wastewater with A2O process decreased to 3.27%(TII50)dramatically.The biotoxicity of the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank was slightly lower than that from the aerobic pool(TII50 was 3.00%),but the biotoxicity of the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank increased after chlorination(TII50 was 3.67%).The disin⁃fection by-product produced after chlorination resulted in biotoxicity increasing.When the EC50 value of THMs was 318μg/L,the amount of chlorination was 19.6 mg/L as Cl2.A good linear relationship was obtained between the COD values and the TII50 value at the different stages of the wastewater treatment process combining with the conventional water quality analysis.The total organic matter in wastewater was removed and the biotoxicity was reduced significantly accordingly.
