摘  要:文章针对中国北方污水处理厂普遍面临的四季温差大、出水TN不能稳定达标的问题,采用边长1.0、1.5和2.0 cm的立方体海绵块填料为生物膜载体,在常温(25±1)℃和低温(10±1)℃条件下,探究填料尺寸对序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)稳定性的影响。生物膜特性分析表明,运行条件由常温转至低温后,边长为1.0 cm的填料系统生物量增长最多,生物膜活性最高且变化率低,EPS含量上升最明显,说明该系统具有更好的温度适应性。且运行稳定时,边长为1.0 cm的填料系统在不同温度下COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率差值分别为0.51%和3.18%,TN去除率由常温的60.15%提高至低温的72.26%。结果表明,投加边长1.0 cm海绵填料的SBBR工艺,不同温度下脱氮效率的稳定性最高。Aiming at the problem of large temperature difference in seasons commonly faced by sewage treatment plants in north China,the effluent TN cannot reach the standard stably,the effect of packing size on the stability of SBBR is investigat⁃ed at room temperature(25±1)℃and low temperature(10±1)℃by using cube sponge blocks with side lengths of 1.0,1.5 and 2.0 cm as biofilm carriers.The biofilm characteristic analysis showed that the biomass of the filler system with a side length of 1.0 cm increased the most after the operating condition changed from normal temperature to low temperature.Specific oxygen uptake rate(SOUR)of biofilm activity was the highest and the change rate was low,and EPS content increased signifi⁃cantly.At this time,the system had better temperature adaptability.Under stable operation,the COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal rates of the 1.0 cm packing system at different temperatures were 0.51%and 3.18%respectively,and the TN removal rate increased from 60.15%at room temperature to 72.26%at low temperature.The results showed that the stability of denitrifi⁃cation efficiency was the highest in the SBBR process with 1.0 cm sponge filler at different temperatures.
