摘  要:我国南部地区特别是沿海区域的大量交流配网电缆长期在水环境中运行,准确评估水环境下电缆的绝缘性能对于电网的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。选取在不同环境条件和负荷条件下运行的80组10 kV交流配网XLPE电缆,利用理想解—秩和比综合评估方法对所选电缆进行绝缘状态评估,同时对所选电缆进行超低频介质损耗和振荡波局部放电实验,重点研究水分和温度对电缆绝缘性能的影响。超低频介损和振荡波局放实验结果证明了电缆绝缘状况评估结果的准确性。因此,在对多根电缆进行绝缘检测前,可通过理想解-秩和比综合评估方法对待测电缆进行绝缘状况评估,提高交流配网电缆的维护效率。A large number of AC distribution cable in southern China,especially in coastal areas,operate in water environment for a long time.Accurate assessment of the insulation performance of the cable under water environment is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of power grid.Eighty groups of 10 kV AC distribution network XLPE cables operating under different environmental conditions and loads are selected.The insulation condition of the selected cables are assessed by the comprehensive evaluation method of ideal solution-rank sum ratio and,at the same time,ultra-low frequency dielectric loss and oscillating wave partial discharge experiments are carried out on the selected cables and the effects of moisture and temperature on the insulation performance of the cables are studied in particular.The accuracy of the insulation condition assessment result of the cables is proved by the experimental results of ultra-low frequency dielectric loss and oscillating wave partial discharge.Therefore,before the insulation detection of multiple pieces of cables,the insulation condition of the cables to be tested can be evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation method of ideal solution-rank sum ratio so as to improve the maintenance efficiency of AC distribution network cables.
