摘  要:本文采用可逆加成-裂解链转移(RAFT)聚合制备了含酰肼基和硼酸基团的N-异丙基丙烯酰胺双嵌段聚合物和含有酮羰基和葡萄糖基团的丙烯酰胺双嵌段聚合物.在不同条件下构筑了基于酰腙键和硼酸酯键交联的双动态共价键交联水凝胶,通过对其流变行为的测试探究了凝胶的综合性能.酸性条件下,硼酸酯键不能形成,酰腙键使凝胶快速形成并实现快速自愈合;中性以及弱碱性条件下,硼酸酯键使水凝胶快速形成,而酰肼键在后期逐渐增加凝胶的强度;碱性条件下,两种动态共价键则协同作用,使凝胶具有多重刺激响应性和自愈合性.Functional phenylboronic-and hydrazide-containing N-isopropyl acrylamide based diblock polymer,and ketone-and glucose group-containing acrylamide based diblock polymer,were prepared by the reversible additionfragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization.The structure and properties of the copolymers were studied,and doubly dynamic hydrogel was prepared under different conditions.The main driving force of gel formation is the acylhydrazone bond formed by the hydrazine and ketone group,and the boronate ester bond formed by the boronic acid and glucose group.Under acidic conditions,the acylhydrazone bond ensures the rapid formation kinetics and good selfhealable ability of the hydrogel.Under neutral or weak alkaline conditions,the active boronate ester bond endows the hydrogel with fast gelation kinetics and maintains the gel state,while the stable acylhydrazone bond can enhance the mechanical strength of the hydrogel gradually.Under alkaline conditions,the two dynamic covalent bonds are synergistic,giving the hydrogel multiple responsiveness and macroscopically self-healable ability.
