基于S型效用函数的区间灰数多属性群体决策方法

摘　　要：针对多属性群决策问题中的属性值为区间灰数,提出一种基于S型效用函数的决策方法。根据区间灰数均值白化的思想,将方案属性值转换为实数值;基于有限理性假设,采用双曲绝对风险规避函数构造效用函数的一般形式,得到效用矩阵;根据极大熵准则和群体意见一致性原则确定决策者权重;对各方案的效用值进行排序,选择最优方案;通过实例验证本方法的实用性。Aiming at the attribute value in the multi-attribute group decision-making problem with interval gray numbers,a decision-making method based on the sigmoid utility function is proposed.According to the idea of whitening the mean value of the interval gray number,the project attribute value is converted into a real value.Based on the assumption of bounded rationality,the general form of the utility function is constructed using the hyperbolic absolute risk aversion function to obtain the utility matrix.Determine the weight of decision makers according to the maximum entropy criterion and the principle of group opinion consistency.Sort the utility value of each plan and select the best plan.And verify the practicability of this method through examples.
