摘 要:研究消防服用织物湿态下的热防护性能。选用消防服常用的5种外层织物、1种防水透气层、1种隔热层和4种舒适层织物组合成不同试样。利用热防护性能仪测试外层、舒适层和多层织物试样不同湿态条件下的热能值(kTPP值),并根据水分的不同渗透方向,分析和比较多层织物的热防护性能。结果表明含水率的增加能提高各试样的kTPP值,有益于防护服热防护性能的提高;含水率对单层织物的热防护性能的影响大于多层织物;从外层方向加湿的试样,其热防护性能优于从舒适层方向加湿的试样。The thermal protective performance of fire-fighting clothing fabrics under wet conditions was studied.Five kinds of outer fabrics,one kind of waterproof and breathable layer,one kind of thermal insulation layer and four kinds of comfort layer fabrics commonly used were selected to combine the different samples.The heat value(kTPP values)of the outer,comfort layer and multilayer fabric samples under different water content were measured by the thermal protective tester.The thermal protective performance of multilayer fabrics composed of these fabrics was tested according to different water penetration directions.The results showed that the kTPP values of all the samples and the thermal protective performance were improved,which contributed to the increased water content.The influence of water content on the thermal protective performance of single layer fabric was greater than that of the multilayer fabrics under the same water content.The thermal protection performance of the sample wetted from the outer layer was better than that from the comfort layer.
