摘 要:合成气直接转化生产高附加值化学品以及液体燃料对于提高碳资源的利用效率具有重大意义。近年来,通过金属/金属氧化物与分子筛耦合构建的接力催化剂在合成气的转化研究取得一些成果。通过金属/金属氧化物将合成气转化为甲醇(二甲醚)/烯酮中间体,甲醇(二甲醚)/烯酮中间体进一步在分子筛中反应生成目标产物,通过对两步反应的活性中心进行精细设计,实现对产物选择性的精确调控。接力催化剂的开发大大拓宽了合成气转化乃至C_(1)催化转化的思路。总结了接力催化剂在合成气直接转化制低碳烯烃、芳烃、C_(2+)含氧化合物、液体燃料、丙烷、异构烷烃等方面的研究进展以及所存在的问题,希望为接力催化剂的进一步优化提供帮助。The direct conversion of syngas to high value-added chemicals and liquid fuels is of great significance for improving the utilization efficiency of carbon resource.Recently,some achievements have been made in the conversion of syngas by using metal/metal oxides coupled with molecular sieves as relay catalysts.The syngas is converted into methanol(dimethyl ether)/ketene intermediates through metal/metal oxides,and the intermediates are further reacted on the molecular sieve to produce the target product.The active center of the two-step reaction is carefully designed to achieve the precise regulation of product selectivity.The development of relay catalysts has greatly broadened the idea of syngas conversion and even carbon-catalytic conversion.We summarize the research progress in the direct conversion of syngas to light olefins,aromatics,C_(2+) oxygen-containing compounds,liquid fuels,propane,and isoalkane,and point out the existing problems in the hope of providing help for the further optimization of the relay catalyst.
