摘  要:用NaOH对废弃生物质(玉米秸秆、葵花籽皮、花生壳)进行改性,通过工业分析、SEM分析、BET分析与热重分析,研究改性生物质的基本质量参数、形貌特征、比表面积及孔径、热解性能等。结果表明:改性生物质的水分含量和固定碳含量随NaOH浓度增加基本呈上升趋势,挥发分含量则基本呈下降趋势,灰分含量与NaOH浓度未呈现普适性规律;NaOH改性生物质的结构变化明显,大量纤维素分离暴露,呈现多孔隙或通道,微观上以介孔为主,比表面积增大,与煤粒结合活性位点增加,具有粘接潜质;NaOH改性生物质的热解峰值温度约320℃左右,低于煤的热解峰值温度,与煤混合热解有利于提高热解性能,降低活化能。We modified waste biomass(corn straw,sunflower seed skin,and peanut shell)by NaOH,and studied the basic quality parameters,morphology characteristics,specific surface area,pore size,and pyrolysis properties of the modified biomass by industrial analysis,SEM analysis,BET analysis,and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that,with the increase of NaOH concentration,the moisture content and fixed carbon content of the modified biomass increase basically,while the volatile content decreases basically.There is no universal law between ash content and NaOH concentration.The structure of NaOH modified biomass is obviously changed.A large amount of cellulose is separated and exposed,showing multiple pores or channels.The micro structure of NaOH modified biomass is mainly mesoporous,the specific surface area increases,and the binding active sites with coal particles increase,showing abonding potential.The peak pyrolysis temperature of NaOH modified biomass is about 320℃,which is lower than that of coal,indicating that the mixed pyrolysis of coal and biomass can help improve the pyrolysis performance and reduce the activation energy.
