摘　　要：Objective To observe the specific effect and mechanism of neuregulin 1 (NRG1) on peripheral nervous system injury caused by diabetes mellitus.Methods 64 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control (NC) group,T2DM group,DPN+Vehicle and NRG1 intervention group,with 16 rats in each group.The model of diabetic peripheral nerve injury was established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ.
