摘　　要：目的:建立五花解毒颗粒微生物限度检查方法。方法:对样品进行5种试验菌株的回收率试验及控制菌检查法的验证来确定适宜的检查方法。结果:各试验菌的回收比值在0.5~2之间,控制菌检查中试验组可检出试验菌。结论:可采用常规法进行五花解毒颗粒的微生物限度检查。Objective:To establish a method of microbial limit test of Wuhua Jiedu grain.Methods:The recovery tests of 5 bacterial strains and the me thodological validation of control bacteria examination method were done referring to the microbial limit test methods.Results:The recovery of the strain rate was 0.52,the experimental group were verified by test bacteria in the control bacteria detection.Conclusion:The Routine Method can be applied to the microbial limit test of Wuhua Jiedu Grain.
