摘  要:为解决综合开采技术下中厚煤层的自然发火问题,结合枣庄矿业(集团)付村煤业有限公司综采面接续状况,首先对留煤柱开采自燃进行分析研究,选定一次采全高具有代表性的3上603综采面作为采空区自燃“三带”区域测定地点,对回采过程中采空区的气体成分、浓度进行取样分析,基于流体动力学理论开展采空区自燃“三带”模拟,揭示其随回采进程推进的变化规律,进而确定正常回采情况下的采空区自燃危险区域。针对3上603综采面停采期间因煤炭缓慢蓄热升温及其他原因引起的自然发火隐患,结合3上603停采面的实际情况,提出“降低供风量+封堵漏风通道+煤壁喷涂封闭+两巷采空区浮煤隔氧冷却”的治理思路。In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion in medium-thick coal seam under the condition of comprehensive mining technology,on the basis of the continuous condition of fully mechanized mining face in Fucun Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the spontaneous combustion situation during mining the remained coal pillar was analyzed and studied,the representative full-seam mining face,upper 3603 working face,was selected as the measuring site of"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in goaf,and the gas composition and concentration in goaf during mining were sampled and analyzed,and on the basis of the fluid dynamics theory,the simulation on the"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in goaf was carried out to reveal its changing law with the advancing of mining process,and then the spontaneous combustion dangerous zone in goaf under normal mining condition was determined.In view of the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion caused by coal slow heat storage and other reasons during the stopping period of upper 3603 fully mechanized mining face,and on the basis of the actual situation of the working face in Fucun Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the treatment idea was put forward including reducing air supply volume,sealing air leakage passage,spraying and sealing coal wall,oxygen isolation and cooling of floating coal in the old goaf of two roadway.
