摘 要:对我国煤矿安全管理的风险特点和现状进行了梳理,提出以追求建设“安全、高效、绿色、和谐”的现代化煤矿为指引,结合企业发展的实际情况,提出现代煤矿安全自主管理体系的建设构想。通过将“2-4”新型现代事故链模型应用于煤矿安全隐患的分类中,将煤炭生产中的安全隐患进行分类管理,最终实现企业安全管理规范化、生产组织高效化、基层建设自主化的目标。The risk characteristics and current situation of China's coal mine safety management were reviewed,and on the basis,a construction concept was put forward,which was building a modern coal mine safety self-management system under the guidance of the pursuit of building a safe,efficient,green and harmonious modern coal mine and by combining with the actual situation of enterprise development.By applying the"2-4"new modern accident chain model to the classification of coal safety hazards,the potential safety hazards in coal production were classified and managed to finally realize the goals of standard enterprise safety management,effective production organization and grass-roots self-construction,which provided a reference for the construction of coal mine safety self-management system.
