参与形式、制度理解力与社会融入——基于常住大陆台胞的实证分析

摘　　要：探究参与与社会融入的关系,先行文献多以质性研究方法为主,认为参与通过提升效能感和建构社会关系得以促进个体的社会融入。本文通过问卷调查和深度访谈收集一手资料,并对假说进行数据统计检验。研究发现:第一,参与经历对社会融入有显著的正向影响;第二,不同的参与形式对台胞社会融入有分化作用,具体表现为:台胞参与大陆社会组织的数量与其社会融入程度具有显著正相关关系,台胞个体形式的政治参与对其社会融入程度具有显著正向作用,二者均通过"制度理解力"变量发挥中介作用;而台胞参与在陆台湾组织、采取集体形式政治参与,这两种内部同质性强的抱团式参与对社会融入没有显著影响。研究结论对推动台胞社会融入、实现两岸融合发展、践行"两岸一家亲"理念有所助益。In order to explore the relationship between participation and social integration, most of the existing studies have adopted qualitative research methods, maintaining that participation can promote individuals’ social integration by enhancing their sense of efficacy and building social relationships.This essay collects first-hand data through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, and tests the hypothesis throughstatistics.The study finds that, firstly, experience of participation has a significantly positive impact on social integration.Secondly, different forms of participation bring about different impacts on the social integration of Taiwan Residents compatriots.The second point is manifested by the emphatically positive correlation between the level of Taiwan Residentscompatriots’ social integration and the number of mainland social organizations which they participate in as well as their political participation as individuals.Both factors play an intermediary role in effecting variable degree in "understanding of the system".Meanwhile, two features have been noted to result in less significant impact on social integration--that Taiwan Residents compatriots in the mainland tend to participate in Taiwan Residents organizations collectivelyand such group participation internalizes homogenizing tendency.The research conclusions are helpful to promote the social integration of Taiwan Residents compatriots, realize cross-Strait integration and development, and practice the beliefthat "people on both sides of the Strait are all of one family".
