摘  要:探究了馏分油反应物的扩散性能对催化剂加氢脱氮活性的影响规律,单因素考察加氢处理催化剂外形和孔径分布对不同馏程范围原料加氢脱氮活性影响。催化剂颗粒体积与外表面积之比(V/S)定性比较催化剂加氢脱氮反应活性,研究结果表明,四叶草形载体及催化剂V/S值为0.21,在馏分油加氢反应中表现出最高的脱氮活性;对于不同馏程范围的原料,研究孔径分布对催化剂活性的影响,孔径较小的催化剂对轻质原料表现出良好的加氢脱氮活性,介孔-大孔结构催化剂对重质原料具有更好的加氢脱氮活性。The influence of the diffusivity of distillate reactants on the hydrodenitrogenation activity of the catalyst was investigated. The influence of the shape and pore size distribution of the hydrotreating catalyst on the hydrodenitrogenation activity of the raw materials in different distillation ranges was also investigated by a single factor. The ratio of the catalyst particle volume to the external surface area(V/S) was used to qualitatively compare the catalytic hydrodenitrogenation reaction activity. The research results showed that the four-leaf clover carrier and the catalyst had a V/S value of 0.21, it had the highest denitrification activity in the hydrogenation of distillate oil. For feedstocks with different distillation ranges, the effect of pore size distribution on catalyst activity was studied. A catalyst with a smaller pore size had good hydrodenitrogenation activity for light raw materials, and a mesoporous-macroporous structure catalyst had better hydrodenitrogenation activity for heavy raw materials.
