摘 要:中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司3.10 Mt·a^(-1)渣油加氢处理装置已成功运转了12个周期,目前正处在第十三运转周期内。该装置已在多个周期采用FRIPP开发的FZC系列渣油加氢处理催化剂,并取得了良好工业运转效果。该装置运转结果表明,装置A列所采用FZC系列渣油加氢处理催化剂表现出良好的硫、氮、金属等杂质及残炭的加氢脱除转化性能和稳定性,加氢脱硫渣油可作为优质催化裂化装置进料。在FRIPP列原料性质相比于参比列较为劣质、运转苛刻度略高且CAT低于参比列的情况下,FRIPP列加氢催化剂表现出更好的加氢性能;同时FRIPP列反应系统床层总压降明显低于参比列,尤其是一反床层压降,有利于装置节能降耗和长周期运转,为企业创造出了较好经济效益和社会效益。3.10 Mt·a^(-1) residue hydrotreating unit of Sinopec Hainan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has run successfully for 12 cycles, and now the unit is in the 13 th cycle. The FZC series residue hydrotreating catalysts developed by FRIPP have been used in the unit for several cycles, the industrial operation effect of the catalysts is very good. The operation results show that the FZC series residue hydrotreating catalysts used in reaction series A of the unit has better hydrogenation activity and stability of impurities including sulfur, nitrogen, metal and carbon residue, the hydrotreating residue can be used as high quality feed for FCC unit. The feed properties of FRIPP reaction series are inferior than the reference reaction series, and the operating severity is slightly higher and CAT of FRIPP Train is lower than that of the reference reaction series, the catalysts of FRIPP reaction series show better hydrogenation performance during the operation. At the same time, the total pressure drop of FRIPP reaction system bed is obviously lower than that of the reference reaction series, especially the pressure drop of the first catalyst bed, which is beneficial to save the energy and reduce consumption of the unit, and to prolong the operating cycle, which to generate better economic and social benefits.
