摘 要:为了制备高低温性能稳定的汽车防腐蜡,以高分子化合物作为添加剂,考察添加剂在基础蜡中的掺量对防腐蜡高低温性能的影响,利用DSC对防腐蜡的熔化范围进行分析,利用偏光显微镜对防腐蜡的微晶状态进行观察。结果表明:当聚乙烯蜡的添加量为15%时,防腐蜡的滴熔点由88℃增加到101℃,在高温实验中有较好的稳定性,熔化温度范围增大;当聚异丁烯的添加量为10%时,防腐蜡在低温环境下有较好的稳定性,防腐蜡的黏度较三元乙丙橡胶相同的添加量改变程度较小,通过微晶结构观察,蜡膜微晶结构呈现出排列紧密的状态,空隙较少,结构稳定。In order to prepare automotive anti-corrosion waxes with stable high and low temperature performance, using polymer compounds as additives, the effect of the amount of additives in the base wax on the high and low temperature performance of the anti-corrosion wax was investigated. The melting range of the anti-corrosion wax was analyzed by DSC, and polarized light microscope was used to observe the microcrystalline state of antiseptic wax. The results showed that,when the addition amount of polyethylene wax was 15%, the drop melting point of the anti-corrosion wax increased from 88 ℃ to 101 ℃, it had better stability in high temperature experiments and the melting temperature range increased;when the addition amount of polyisobutylene was 10%, the anti-corrosion wax had better stability under low temperature environment, the viscosity of the anti-corrosion wax changed less than the same addition amount of EPDM, and the microcrystalline structure of the wax film showed tightly arranged state in the microcrystalline structure observation, there were fewer voids and the structure was stable.
