摘　　要：介绍了大连(抚顺)石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发的减压蜡油加氢处理-异构脱蜡-补充精制组合加氢工艺以及催化剂级配技术在某石化企业80万t·a^(-1)特种油品生产装置中的工业应用。此工艺具有流程简洁、原料适应性强、产品种类多且生产方案灵活等特点,可以高效稳定生产性能优异的轻质白油、API Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类润滑油基础油和食品/医药级白油,实现了对重质油资源的充分利用以及生产高附加值产品。The 800 kt·a^(-1) scale commercial application of VGO hydrotreating-isodewaxing-hydrofinishing combination process and the catalyst grading technology developed by Dalian(Fushun) Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals(FRIPP) in the production of environmentally safe special oils were introduced. This technology has the features of simplicity, strong adaptability of feedstock, variety of products and flexibility of production option. It can efficiently produce light white oil, API Group Ⅱ/Ⅲ lubricate base oil and food/pharmaceutical grade white oil, realizing full utilization of heavy oil resources and producing high value-added products.
