摘 要:腐蚀缺陷是储气井的重要损伤形式之一,基于缺陷的类型和分布情况对储气井的安全运行有着重要影响的前提,依次完成了储气井不同模型的建立,分析了具有单个、两个以及多个腐蚀缺陷条件下的储气井的情况。基于有限元的思路,获得了不同的缺陷的分布情况和数量情况下的应力分布,继而对此前提下储气井的安全性能影响程度进行了研究。结果表明:当存在多个腐蚀缺陷的时候,腐蚀缺陷之间的中心距离为影响其应力分布和安全性能的重要因素。Corrosion defects are one of the important damage forms of gas storage wells. Based on important impact of the type and distribution of defects on the safe operation of gas storage wells, different models of gas storage wells were established in turn, and the conditions of gas storage wells with single, two and multiple corrosion defects were analyzed. Based on the finite element method, the stress distribution under different distribution and quantity of defects was obtained, and then the influence degree of the gas storage well under this premise was studied. The results showed that when there were multiple corrosion defects, the center distance between corrosion defects was an important factor affecting its stress distribution and safe performance.
