摘  要:目的评价滴虫性阴道炎(TV)患者阴道微生态系统状态。方法选取2018年10月至2019年9月该院妇科门诊体检阴道毛滴虫阳型患者133例,分析阴道分泌物微生态平衡状态,湿片初筛霉菌、滴虫、清洁度,染片分析菌群密度、多样型。结果133例患者阴道微生态系统均处于失衡状态(100%),其中单一型滴虫感染10例(7.5%),混合型感染123例(92.5%);双重混合感染80例(60.2%),三重混合感染50例(37.6%),四重混合感染3例(2.3%);合并细菌性阴道炎(BV)混合型感染7例(5.3%),合并念珠菌性阴道炎(VVC)混合型感染1例(0.8%),合并需氧菌性阴道炎(AV)混合型感染62例(46.6%);TV合并AV、BV三重混合感染47例(35.3%),TV合并AV、VVC三重感染3例(2.3%),TV合并AV、BV、VVC四重感染3例(2.3%)。结论感染阴道毛滴虫患者阴道微生态系统综合评价处于失衡状态,以混合型感染为主,双重混合型感染最多,其次是三重感染、四重感染及单一型感染。Objective To investigate and evaluate microecosystem of trichomonal vaginitis inspection in patients.Methods Trichomonal vaginitis inspection vagina was collected and analyzed the microecological balance.Wet secretions are initially screened fungi,trichomonas,and cleanliness by the microscope.The concentration and diversity of bacteria were analyzed by staining the secretion.Results There were 133 cases of trichomonal vaginitis inspection in patients,133 cases of microecological imbalance(100%),10 cases of single infection(7.5%),123 cases of mixed infection(92.5%),80 cases of double mixed infection(60.2%),50 cases of triple mixed infection(37.6%),3 cases of quadruple mixed infection(2.3%),7 cases of combined bacterial vaginitis mixed infection(5.3%),1 case of combined nonilial vaginitis mixed infection(0.8%),62 cases of combined aerobic vaginitis mixed infection(46.6%),47 cases of trichomonal vaginitis inspection combined bacterial vaginitis and aerobic vaginitis multiple infection(35.3%),3 cases of trichomonal vaginitis inspection combined aerobic vaginitis and nonilial vaginitis multiple infection(2.3%),3 cases of trichomonal vaginitis inspection combined aerobic vaginitis,bacterial vaginitis and nonilial vaginitis multiple infection(2.3%).Conclusion Patients infection with trichomonas vaginalis was imbalance in vaginal microecologic.Double mixed infection is the most,followed by triple mixed infection,quadruple mixed infection and single infection.The comprehensive evaluation of the vaginal microecosystem of patients infected with trichomonas vaginalis was unbalanced,mainly with mixed infection,with double mixed infection the most,followed by triple infection,quadruple infection and single infection.
