摘　　要：目的探讨GErevolutionCT心脏冠状动脉成像技术诊断冠心病的临床价值,进而为冠心病的有效诊断提供依据。方法选取2016年2月至2020年2月该院收治的冠心病患者68例作为研究对象,应用GErevolutionCT心脏冠状动脉成像技术同时实施冠状动脉造影检查,分析GErevolutionCT心脏冠状动脉成像技术的诊断效果。结果GErevolutionCT心脏冠状动脉成像技术与冠状动脉造影诊断的冠状动脉狭窄程度符合率达92.02%;GErevolutionCT心脏冠状动脉成像技术与冠状动脉造影诊断的不同冠状动脉病变分支符合率为93.25%。结论GErevolutionCT心脏冠状动脉成像技术在冠心病诊断方面具有重要的应用价值,其能明确不同病变分支,且可反映不同病变分支的狭窄程度,能为冠心病的综合治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the clinical value of gervolution CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD),so as to provide the basis for the effective diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 68 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2020 were included in the study.All patients were treated with gervolution CT coronary angiography,and coronary angiography was performed at the same time.Results The coincidence rate of gervolution CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography was 92.02% and 93.25% respectively.Conclusion Gervolution CT coronary angiography has an important application in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.It can identify different pathological branches,and can reflect the degree of stenosis of different pathological branches,and provide the basis for the comprehensive treatment of coronary heart disease.
