老年晚期肿瘤患者实施临终关怀对其不良情绪及生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临终关怀用于老年晚期肿瘤患者对其不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月该院收治的住院治疗的老年晚期肿瘤患者86例作为研究对象,分为干预组和对照组,两组43例。对照组实施常规护理干预,干预组在常规护理基础上实施临终关怀干预。评价并分析两组患者干预前后抑郁、焦虑、自尊心理状态等。通过问卷调查方式调查两组患者干预后生活质量、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果两组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁、自尊心理得分均较干预前明显改善,且干预组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁、自尊心理得分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,干预组患者干预后治疗依从性、生活质量改善明显,且护理满意度也明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施临终关怀有利于老年晚期肿瘤患者不良情绪的改善,增强其自尊心,从而可间接增强其治疗自信心,最终改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of hospice care on the patients with advanced cancer and their quality of life.Methods Randomly selected from June 2014 to June 201686 cases of elderly patients with advanced cancer patients were included in this study,including the implementation of routine nursing intervention for the control group,based on routine care in the implementation of hospice intervention intervention Group,43 cases in each group.The depression and anxiety and self-esteem of the two groups were evaluated before and after the intervention and analyzed.The quality of life,treatment adherence and nursing satisfaction were investigated by questionnaire.Results After intervention,the intervention group patients with anxiety,depression,self-esteem score respectively and control group in anxiety,depression,self-esteem score respectively,compared two groups;Two groups after the intervention of anxiety,depression,self-esteem scores were improved significantly,compared with before(P<0.05);After intervention,compared with control group,the intervention group patients'treatment compliance,quality of life improved obviously,and nursing satisfaction was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of hospice care can help elderly patients with advanced tumors bad feelings to improve,enhance their self-esteem,which can treat indirect enhance their self-confidence,eventually to improve the quality of life.
