摘　　要：目的了解长治市人民医院2018年消化系统用药情况,评估该院消化系统用药合理性,为临床合理使用消化系统药品提供数据支持。方法收集长治市人民医院2018年消化系统药品数据,以销售金额、用药频度为指标,对消化系统用药情况进行统计分析。结果治疗消化性溃疡药在销售金额和用药频度的排序中均居于榜首,泮托拉唑钠粉针销售金额最高,雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊用药频度最大;肝胆疾病辅助用药种类最多;粉针剂销售金额高,口服制剂用药频度高。结论该院2018年消化系统用药基本合理,但仍存在一些用药不规范现象,仍要加强规范管理,保障用药安全、经济、有效。Objective To understand the situation of digestive system medication in Changzhi People's Hospital in 2018,evaluate the rationality of digestive system medication in this hospital,and provide data support for clinical rational use of digestive system drugs.Methods The data of digestive system drugs in Changzhi People's Hospital in 2018 were collected.The data of the total consumption sum of drugs and defined daily dose system were used to analyze the digestive system diseases in the hospital.Results The hospital's drugs for treating peptic ulcer are at the top of the list in terms of sales amount and DDDs.Pantoprazole sodium powder injection has the highest sales amount,rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules have the highest DDDs,and proton pump inhibitors are in an absolute dominant position in digestive system drugs.Adjuvant drugs for hepatobiliary diseases have the most types,the sales amount of powder injection is high,and the frequency of oral preparations is high.Conclusion The use of digestive system drugs in the hospital in 2018 is basically reasonable,but there are still some irregularities in drug use.Therefore,it is still necessary to strengthen the standardized management of drugs used in the digestive system to ensure the safety,economy and effectiveness of drugs.
