摘　　要：柱塞式计量泵是一种精密设备,常用于提供具有精确、稳定流量的流动介质,在石油化工、航空航天等行业均有广泛应用,且对其流量计量准确度要求较高。该文研究了柱塞式计量泵的校准方法,通过对其使用方法与特性的分析,提出了衡量法和容量比较法2种校准方法,并以示值误差作为描述计量泵输出流量计量特性的校准参数。最终通过实验验证了校准方法的可行性,并对整个校准过程进行了测量不确定度分析。The plunger metering pump is a kind of accurate equipment using for liquid transfusion,and it is widely used in the area of petrochemical industry,aeronautics,astronautics,etc.This paper researches a kind of calibration method for plunger metering pumps.The usage and metrological characteristics of pumps are analyzed.Both weighing method and volumetric comparison method are proposed using for the calibration of actual flow.The indication error is regarded as the calibration parameter which describes the metrological characteristics of plunger metering pumps.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by experiment,and the uncertainty analysis of measurement process is given.
