摘 要:基于镉对6种渤海本地种的急性致死效应实验和收集的毒性数据,参考美国双值基准法制定框架,采用物种敏感度排序法推导镉的海水水质基准最大浓度值和基准连续浓度值。实验结果表明,镉对6种渤海本地种的LC50/EC50值为4.46~50.0 mg/L,各物种对镉的敏感性排序为青岛大扁藻>褐牙鲆>许氏平鲉>日本虎斑猛水蚤>褶皱臂尾轮虫>天津厚蟹。根据数据筛选原则,筛出6门21科23属共24种生物,用于推导镉的海水水质基准。根据物种敏感度排序法计算结果,平均急性毒性值最小的4个属依次为对虾属、新糠虾属、舌鳎属和巨砺属;基于log-triangular分布的敏感度模型推导出镉的海水水质基准最大浓度值为23.4μg/L。本研究中急慢性比值取值为8.36,利用该值进一步推导了镉的基准连续浓度值为5.60μg/L。以上研究结果可为中国海水水质标准的修订提供参考,为渤海生态保护提供依据。Based on acute lethal effects of cadmium for 6 native species in the Bohai Sea and the historical materials,the maximum and continuous baseline concentrations of cadmium in the Bohai Sea were calculated using the species sensitivity sequencing method under the framework of the American double-valued benchmark method.Results showed that LC50/EC50 values of cadmium for 6 native species in the Bohai Sea were between 4.46 and 50.0 mg/L,and the sensitivity rank of the above species to cadmium was Platymonas helgolandica tsingtaoensis>Paralichthys olivaceus>Sebastes schlegeli>Tigriopus japonicus>Brachionus plicatilis>Helice tridens tientsinensis.Based on data screening principles,6 phylum,21 families and 23 genera,24 marine species were determined to calculate the cadmium criteria.Among all the species,the least four genera mean acute values(GMAVs)belonged to Mysidopsis sp.,Penaeus sp.,Neomysis sp.and Cynoglossus sp.,and then the criteria maximum concentration(CMC)of cadmium in the Bohai Sea was calculated was 23.4μg/L,which was determined by the log-triangular distribution sensitivity model.The criteria continuous concentration(CCC)was determined by the acute-chronic ratio method.The acute-chronic ratio was 8.36 in the study,and thus the continuous concentration value of cadmium in the Bohai Sea area was calculated as 5.60μg/L.It could provide references for the seawater quality standards modification in China and lay the solid foundation for the ecological protection in the Bohai Sea.
