摘　　要：目的探索规范化的医院制剂岗位药师培训体系。方法结合浙江大学医学院附属第一医院制剂岗位药师培养模式及工作实践,设计组织体系、培训流程、保障体系等模块,提出具有医院制剂专业特色的在职药师培训体系。结果构建出一整套医院制剂岗位药师培养管理方案,初步建立起制剂岗位药师规范化培训体系。结论该培训体系为制剂岗位药师的规范化培训工作奠定了基础,积累了经验。OBJECTIVE To explore the standardized training system of pharmacists in preparation posts in hospital. METHODS Combined with the training mode and work practice of preparation pharmacists in the First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University, the organization system, training procedure and assurance system and others were designed to propose a training system with preparation specialty characteristics for resident pharmacists. RESULTS A whole set of pharmacists in preparation posts training management plan was established, and the standardized training system of pharmacists in preparation posts had been set up preliminary. CONCLUSION The study lays the foundation and accumulates experience for standardized training of the pharmacists in preparation posts.
