成渝地区双城经济圈科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调度研究

摘　　要：成渝地区双城经济圈发展是“一带一路”倡议及国家创新体系建设的重要组成部分。在我国经济发展从高速增长转变为中高速增长、增长方式由要素驱动转变为创新驱动的条件下,科技创新对经济高质量发展的积极影响不断增强。选取2014—2018年成渝地区双城经济圈内各地市级区域统计数据,基于灰色关联分析法,构建科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调模型并进行实证分析。结果表明:在时间上,成渝地区双城经济圈耦合协调度呈现逐年上升趋势;在空间上,成都耦合协调度略高于重庆,而重庆明显高于经济圈其余地区,且三者之间存在极度不协调、不平衡的现象。最后,基于研究结果,提出针对成渝地区双城经济圈加强科技创新、提升经济高质量发展并提高耦合协调度的具体建议。The development of the dual-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region is an important part of the implementation of the‘One Belt One Road’and the construction of the national innovation system.Under the conditions that my country's economic development has transformed from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth,and the growth mode has been transformed from factor-driven to innovation-driven,the positive impact of technological innovation on high-quality economic development is constantly increasing.This paper selects the city-level regional statistical data in the Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle from 2010 to 2018,and based on the gray correlation analysis method,constructs a coupling and coordination model of technological innovation and high-quality economic development and conducts empirical analysis.The results show that,in terms of time,the degree of coupling and coordination of the Chengdu-Chongqing area has shown an upward trend year by year;in terms of space,the degree of coupling and coordination of Chengdu is slightly higher than that of Chongqing,and Chongqing is significantly higher than the rest of the economic circle.And there is extreme disharmony and imbalance between the three.Based on the research results,specific suggestions are put forward for strengthening scientific and technological innovation,improving the quality of high-quality development,and improving the degree of coupling and coordination for the Chengdu-Chongqing Double City Economic Circle.
