摘　　要：赵尔巽是清末名臣。他任职盛京将军期间,面临大厦将倾的晚清政府和内忧外患的奉天省,采取了一系列“扶危匡正”的救治措施,成为名重一时的能臣和名流。赵尔巽执政奉天期间曾大兴学务,废科举、办师范、奖公费等。他倡兴女子留学教育与妇女解放,为奉天女子留学提供诸方面保证,使之得以发展。Zhao Erxun was a famous officer in the late Qing dynasty.During the time of being general in Shengjing,he adopted a series of rescue measures of damage control in the face of the crumbling Qing government and Fengtian province,making him incredibly famous and a competent officer in his time.When managing the office in Fengtian,Zhao Erxun put a lot of effort in education such as abolishing the imperial examinations,establishing normal schools,awarding public expenses and so on.He advocated women’s overseas education,especially women’s liberation.He provided support in all aspects for Fengtian women’s overseas education to make it prosperous.This article makes research on that to add supplementary information to the subject.
