摘 要:风电叶片单点激振疲劳试验存在着试验弯矩精度分布低的问题,而两点激振的试验方法中两激振器与叶片在振动过程中构成了一个复杂的机电耦合系统,具有自同步特性。搭建了风电叶片两点激振试验平台,并构建试验测试系统进行了试验分析。分析结果表明:实际工况当中该耦合效应虽使两激振器的相位差维持在零值附近,但存在着较大的波动,叶片振幅亦不满足等幅振动的试验要求。Wind turbine blade single-point excitation fatigue test has the problem of low test bending moment accuracy,in the two-point excitation test method,the two vibration exciters and the blade constitute a complex electromechanical coupling system during the vibration process,which has self-synchronization characteristics.This paper builds a two-point vibration test platform for wind turbine blades,and constructed an experimental test system for analysis.It is concluded that although the coupling effect maintains the phase difference between the two exciters near zero in actual working conditions,there is a large fluctuation,the blade amplitude also does not meet the test requirements of constant amplitude vibration.
