摘 要:为了在研发阶段判断蜗轮蜗杆设计的可行性,以某减速器中蜗轮蜗杆为原型,将基于KISS soft建好的模型导入UG软件进行二次处理,在ADAMS中根据碰撞理论进行多刚体运动学分析,并进一步得到蜗杆柔性体进行刚柔耦合运动分析。比较多刚体及刚柔耦合两种运动学分析的结果,发现同等工况条件下两种分析得到的蜗轮输出扭矩和蜗杆转速随时间变化规律一致,刚柔耦合分析更接近实际工况。In order to judge the feasibility of the worm gear design in the research and development stage,the worm gear in a reducer was used as a prototype,and the model built based on KISS soft was imported into the UG software for secondary processing.In ADAMS,the multi-rigid body kinematics analysis is carried out according to the collision theory,and the worm flexible body is further obtained for the rigid-flexible coupling movement analysis.Comparing the results of the multi-rigid body and the rigid-flexible coupling kinematics analysis,it is found that the worm gear output torque and the worm rotation speed obtained from the two analyses under the same working conditions are consistent with time,and the rigid-flexible coupling analysis is closer to the actual working conditions.
