摘 要:针对中性文件格式的装配体模型缺乏装配关系的问题,提出一种装配关系自动提取算法。通过底层的几何信息构造零件包围盒、零件交包围盒和面包围盒等,并采用过滤方法根据间隙判断零件间的装配关系;利用SolidWorks干涉管理器的API获取零件之间基于接触的装配关系。以机械臂模型为例进行实验,证明了方法的有效性。Aiming at the problem that the assembly model in neutral file format lacks assembly relations,an automatic extraction algorithm for assembly relationship is proposed.The parts bounding box,parts’intersecting bounding box and face bounding box are constructed by the underlying geometric information,and filter method is used to judge the assembly relationship between parts according to clearance.The contact-based assembly relationship between parts is obtained by using the API from SolidWorks interference manager.The mechanical arm model is taken as an example to carry out experiment which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
