摘 要:选换挡执行机构是电控机械自动变速器(Automatic Mechanical Transmission,AMT)实现自动变速的关键部件。对比分析了当前主流的选换挡执行机构,明确了各方案的优缺点和特定使用场景,提出了一种适用于商用车三段式AMT的选换挡执行机构,详细介绍了该方案的结构组成和选换挡工作原理。搭载12速和16速变速箱进行了主箱选换挡试验、前后副箱挂挡试验,同时在整车上测试了AMT挂挡性能,结果表明该选换挡执行机构运行可靠,并且可移植性好。The selecting and shifting actuating mechanism is a key component of AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission)to realize automatic transmission.Compare and analyze the current mainstream selecting and shifting actuating mechanisms,clarify the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme and specific use scenarios,and propose a selecting and shifting actuating mechanism suitable for three-stage AMT for commercial vehicles.The structure of the program and the working principle of gear shifting are introduced in detail.It is equipped with 12-speed and 16-speed gearboxes for main gear selection and shifting tests,front and rear auxiliary gear shifting tests,and the AMT gear shifting performance is tested on the entire vehicle.The results show that the selecting and shifting actuating mechanism operates reliably and has good portability.
