摘　　要：提出了一种旧数控机床的升级改造方法。应用HNC-818A数控系统对数控车床进行升级改造,涉及数控系统升级、伺服系统升级、电气控制回路更改与元器件更换、机械装置的维修与改造等方面。通过改造实例,验证了升级的可行性,为同类数控机床的升级改造进一步研究及应用提供了参考。This paper presents a method to upgrade the old CNC machine tool.The HNC-818A CNC system is used to upgrade the old CNC lathe.It involves CNC system upgrade,servo system upgrade,electrical control circuit change and component replacement,mechanical device maintenance and transformation Through the practice of upgrading,the feasibility of upgrading is verified.It provides a reference for the further research and application of upgrading and transformation of similar CNC machine tools.
