摘 要:过去十年,液压技术在大型农业机械上得到普遍的应用,尤其是在液压行走方面。对于小麦收割机、青贮机、玉米收割机,行走系统的普遍配置为一泵一马达,这种配置的好处是成本低、便于调试和操作。但是,这种配置的劣势是扭矩小、不能防打滑,当车辆在沙土或者泥泞的地面发生打滑时,液压系统的流量会全部流向打滑的马达。基于此,笔者探讨了一泵两马达液压行走系统的计算以及如何通过分流阀实现车辆的防打滑功能,并详细介绍了该车辆的3种工作模式。热平衡实验表明,系统的发热量符合液压系统的设计要求。Hydraulic technology has been widely used in large agricultural machinery in the past ten years,especially in hydraulic walking.For wheat harvesters,silage machines,and corn harvesters,the general configuration of the walking system is one pump and one motor.The advantage of this configuration is low cost,easy debugging and operation.However,the disadvantage of this configuration is that the torque is small and it cannot prevent slippage.When the vehicle slips on sandy or muddy ground,the flow of the hydraulic system will all flow to the slipping motor.The author discusses the calculation of the one-pump two-motor hydraulic traveling system and how to realize the anti-skidding function of the vehicle through the diverter valve,and specifically introduces the three working modes of the vehicle.The heat balance experiment shows that the heat generation of the system meets the design requirements of the hydraulic system.
