摘  要:目的:通过分析U10网球运动员的FMS得分与底线击球深度得分的关联性,来探讨U10网球运动员底线击球深度的影响因素。方法:选取2020年福建省青少年网球排名赛U10网球运动员前28名,分别进行功能性运动检测与网球底线击球深度测试,采用SPSS26.0软件对数据进行独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析,利用线性回归模型探讨U10网球运动员的FMS得分与底线击球深度得分的关联性。结果:DS、HS、ASLR、TSPU及TS与ITN底线正手击球深度均成显著正相关(p<0.05);DS、ASLR(R)、TSPU及TS与ITN底线反手击球深度呈显著正相关(p<0.05);DS、HS、ASLR、TSPU及TS与ITN底线稳定性呈显著正相关(p<0.05)。结论:DS、HS、TSPU、ASLR及TS动作表现均影响U10网球运动员的底线击球深度水平,体能训练中应重点关注帮助运动员找出DS、HS、TSPU、ASLR及TS动作限制因素,提出针对性训练进而帮助运动员提升运动表现。Objective:By analyzing the correlation between the FMS score and the bottom line depth score of U10 tennis players,this paper discusses the influencing factors of the base line depth of U10 tennis players.Methods:Top 28 U10 tennis players in 2020 Fujian Junior Tennis Ranking Competition were recruited to participate FMS,and ITN was used to test their base line hitting depth score.The data were analyzed by independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA using spss26.0 software,The linear regression model was used to explore the correlation between the FMS items'score and the baseline depth of hitting of U10 tennis players.Conclusion:DS,HS,ASLR,TSPU and TS were positively correlated with the baseline forehand depth of ITN(P<0.05);DS,ASLR(R),TSPU and TS were positively correlated with ITN baseline backhand depth(P<0.05);DS,HS,ASLR,TSPU and TS were positively correlated with ITN baseline stability(P<0.05).Conclusion:the performance of DS,HS,TSPU,ASLR and TS affects the base line hitting depth of U10 tennis players.Physical training should focus on helping athletes find out DS,HS,TSPU and ASLR movement limiting factors,put forward targeted training and help improve the movement,so as to help athletes improve their performance.
