摘 要:为研究液化石油气(liquefied petroleum gas,LPG)铁路罐车的运输风险,从人员、环境、机械设备、管理和液化石油气5个方面提取18个风险影响因素,利用引入C-OWA算子改进后的相互作用矩阵进行交互耦合分析,建立适用于LPG铁路罐车运输风险的评价模型,在削弱专家主观偏好和考虑单一风险影响因素的基础上,研究2个及2个以上风险因素间的相互影响对安全运输的作用效果。实际应用表明,所建模型能够较准确地评价液化石油气铁路罐车的运输风险。In order to study the transportation risks of railway tank wagons of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG),eighteen risk factors are extracted from five aspects of personnel,environment,mechanical equipment,management and LPG.The interaction matrix improved by the introduction of the C-OWA operator is used to analyze the interactive coupling.An evaluation model suitable for transportation risks of LPG railway tank cars is established.Then,on the basis of weakening the subjective preference of experts and considering the effect of a single risk factor,the effect of the mutual influence of two or more risk factors on safe transportation is further studied.The practical application shows that the established model can accurately evaluate the transportation risks of LPG railway tank wagons.
