青年思想引领视域下高校理论学习型社团发展路径研究

摘　　要：高校理论社团是大学生思想政治教育的创新途径和有益拓展,其成员对时事新闻、哲学社会科学关注度高,吸引力来源具有多样性,活动内容主要围绕学习、研究、传播理论展开,实践功能具有多元化特征。高校理论社团呈现"理论学习+实践活动"、"思想调查+理论学习+思想交流"、"读书分享+理论研讨+理论学习"三种类型发展模式,但在管理规范、社团经费活动形式、内容整体性、学习效果等方面还存在不可忽视的问题。对此,可以从构建持续发展机制、加强校内外交流合作机制、丰富社团活动形式、打造品牌精品活动、创新传播平台等方面发挥高校理论社团在大学生思想政治教育中的育人功能。Theoretical community in colleges are innovative approaches and beneficial expansion of ideological and political education for college students at present. Its members are highly concerned about current affairs and news, philosophy and social sciences, and their sources of attraction are diverse. The content of the activities mainly revolves around learning, research, and dissemination of theories, and the practical functions are diversified. At the same time, theoretical community in colleges presents three types of development models: ’theoretical learning + practical activities’, ’ideological investigation + theoretical learning + ideological exchanges’, and ’reading sharing + theoretical seminars + theoretical learning’. However, there are still problems that cannot be ignored in terms of the management specification, the form of community fund activities, integrity of the content and the learning effect. In this regard, efforts can be made in building a sustainable development mechanism, strengthening the exchange and cooperation mechanism inside and outside the school, enriching the forms of association activities, building brand quality activities, and innovating communication platforms to give full play to the educational function of theoretical community in the ideological and political education of college students in the new era.
