摘  要:为分析显微组分热解过程的硫释放规律,取宁东地区的2种中高硫煤—SM,YYH,通过HCl-HF脱灰后,通过等密度梯度离心法得到镜质组富集物和惰质组富集物.将显微组分富集物置于N_(2)中,分别在300,500,700,900℃下进行热解,制备显微组分富集物的热解半焦.结果表明,在整个热解过程中,镜质组富集物的硫逸出率始终高于惰质组,SM显微组分的硫逸出率在700℃达到最高,其中SM-V的最大硫逸出率为75.82%,SM-I的最大硫逸出率为59.55%;YYH显微组分的硫逸出率随热解温度的升高而增大,在900℃达到最高,其中YYH-V的最大硫逸出率为61.38%,YYH-I的最大硫逸出率为58.59%.显微组分中,脂肪族、芳香族CH键的峰强度随热解温度的升高逐渐减弱,这为热解过程提供了大量氢自由基,氢自由基与含硫自由基结合形成H_2S,促进了硫的释放.镜质组含硫气体的释放温度比惰质组的低,且镜质组含硫气体释放量也高于惰质组的,镜质组中的硫比惰质组中的硫更易分解释放.The article selected 2 types of medium-high sulphur coal:SM and YYH in Ningdong area and obtained the enrichment of vitrinite and inertinite by isodensity gradient centrifugation after deashing by HCl HF to analyze sulfur release law during pyrolysis of macerals.Pyrolysis char were prepared by pyrolysis of the macerals enrichment in N_(2) at 300℃,500℃,700℃,900℃.The results show that during the whole pyrolysis process,the sulfur escape rate of vitrinite enrichment is always higher than that of inertinite,and the sulfur escape rate of SM macerals reaches the highest at 700℃.Among them,the maximum sulfur escape rate of SM-V is 75.82%,and 59.55%for SM-I;The sulfur trnsformation rate of YYH macerals increases with the rise of pyrolysis temperature,reaching highest at 900℃.The maximum sulfur escape rate of YYH-V is 61.38%,and YYH-I 58.59%.In macerals,the peak strength of C-H bond of aliphatic and aromatic decreases gradually with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,which provides a large amount of hydrogen radicals for the pyrolysis process.These hydrogen radicals combine with sulfur-containing radicals to form H2S and boost the release of sulfur.The release temperature of vitrinite sulfurous-contained gas is lower than that of inertinite,and its release amount is also higher than that of inertinite.The sulfur in the vitrinite concentrate is more easily decomposed and released than in the inertinite enrichment.
