摘 要:有机改性膨润土(OMB)对Pb^(2+)具有良好的吸附性能.通过单因素实验,得到OMB对含Pb^(2+)模拟废水处理的最佳条件,即温度为20~25℃,Pb^(2+)的起始质量含量为500 mg/L,吸附剂的质量浓度为2.0 g/L,体系的pH=5.0~6.0,振荡时间为30 min.该条件下Pb^(2+)的去除率达99.87%,Pb^(2+)的残余质量含量低于国家一级排放标准.OMB吸附Pb^(2+)的等温吸附模型较好地符合Freundlich等温式.对吸附Pb^(2+)前后的样品进行SEM,XRD,FT-IR和粒度分析,发现OMB对Pb^(2+)有良好的吸附性能.Organically modified bentonite(OMB)has good adsorption properties for Pb^(2+).The optimum conditions for OMB treatment of simulated wastewater containing Pb^(2+)were obtained by single-factor experiments,i.e.,a temperature of 20~25°C,a starting mass content of 500 mg/L of Pb^(2+)in the simulated wastewater,a mass content of 2.0 g/L of adsorbent,a pH=5.0~6.0 of the system,and an oscillation time of 30 min.The removal efficiency of Pb^(2+)under these conditions was up to 99.87%and the residual mass content of Pb^(2+)was below the national first-level emission standard.The OMB adsorption isotherm model of Pb^(2+)fitted the Freundlich isotherm well.SEM,XRD,FT-IR and particle size analysis of the samples before and after adsorption of Pb^(2+)demonstrated that OMB had good adsorption properties on Pb^(2+).
