调肝止汗汤治疗汗证的经验举隅

摘　　要：西医治疗汗证目前还存在无明确的诊断依据和指南的问题。中医治疗具有通过辨证论治将汗证分为不同证型,按照不同治则治疗汗证以达到最佳的治疗效果的优势。文章总结了陈新瑜主任治疗汗证的临证经验,陈新瑜主任认为肝病汗证的患者多以肝郁脾虚、湿浊中阻证多见,故创立调肝止汗汤加减。At present,there is no clear diagnostic basis and guidelines for the treatment of sweating syndrome in western medicine.TCM treatment has the advantage of dividing the perspiration syndromes into different syndromes and treating the perspiration syndromes according to different therapeutic principles to achieve the best therapeutic effect.The article summarized director Chen's clinical experience in the treatment of perspiration syndrome,director Chen thought that liver disease perspiration syndrome patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,dampness and turbidity in the blocking syndrome is more common,so the establishment of tiaogan antiperspiration decoction.
