摘  要:由于铂的稀缺性,开发低铂负载的电催化剂来提高铂的利用率,对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFCs)的商业化具有重要意义。低铂载量膜电极的表面结构发生了很大的变化,物性参数的变化对实验室膜电极的测试带来了诸多影响。鉴于此,对低铂载量催化剂膜电极(MEA)的制备手段和测试工艺参数的优化变得十分紧迫。采用自制的质量分数为9%的铂,以碳纳米管为载体的铂基催化剂为测试对象,采用超声喷涂的方法制备膜电极。以此为基础,得出了电池在温度80℃、阴极空气流速500 mL·min^(-1)、背压150 kPa、每毫克催化剂添加5.5μL Nafion溶液以及结构完整的碳纳米管催化剂颗粒的测试条件下可以取得理想的测试结果。为低铂载量燃料电池的实验室测试提供了新的方法和思路。Owing to the scarcity of platinum,it is of great significance for the commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)to develop electrocatalysts with low platinum-load to improve the utilization of platinum.The surface structure of the membrane electrode with low Pt load has changed greatly,and the change of physical parameters has a lot of influence on the test of the membrane electrode in the laboratory.In view of this,it is very urgent to optimize the preparation method and test parameters of low platinum loading catalyst film electrode(MEA).In this paper,the self-made catalysts 9%Pt was used to prepare the membrane electrode by ultrasonic spraying with the Pt based catalyst supported by carbon nanotubes as the test object.On the basis of these results,the ideal results can be obtained under the test conditions of temperature 80℃,cathode air flow rate of 500 mL·min^(-1),back pressure of 150 kPa,catalyst per mg with 5.5 microliter of Nafion solution,and complete structure of carbon nanotube catalyst particles.It provided a new method and idea for the laboratory test of low platinum-load fuel cell.
