摘 要:有限元仿真和试验表明现行规范中给出的方形塔脚板厚设计方法过于安全,且其厚度设计是由塔脚板最大弯矩确定,为了得到新的厚度设计方法,基于四地脚螺栓方型塔脚板模型和最小势能原理的里兹法,推导出了塔脚板在拉工况作用下最大弯矩的解析解。结果表明四地脚螺栓塔脚板的有限元仿真计算结果与该解析解结果相吻合;依据该解析解给出的四地脚螺栓塔脚板弯矩值,设计的塔脚板厚度与现有规范设计的塔脚板厚度值相比可减少30%;该塔脚板最大弯矩解析解结果与四地脚螺栓塔脚板的真型试验研究结果一致。Finite element simulation and experiments showed that the square tower foot thickness design method given in the current code was too safe,and its thickness design was determined by the maximum bending moment of the tower foot plate.In order to propose a new thickness design method,it was based on the square tower with four anchor bolts.The foot plate model and the Ritz method of the principle of minimum potential energy have deduced the analytical solution of the maximum bending moment of the tower foot plate under tension conditions.The results showed that the finite element simulation calculation results of the four-anchor bolt tower foot plate were consistent with the analytical solution;the bending moment value of the four-anchor bolt tower foot plate was given according to the analytical solution,and the thickness of the designed tower foot plate was consistent with the existing standard design.The thickness value of the tower foot plate could be reduced by 30%;the analytical solution results of the maximum bending moment of the tower foot plate were consistent with the true test results of the four-foundation bolt tower foot plate.
