健康女性生殖道解脲支原体感染的阴道微生态系统评价的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨健康女性生殖道解脲支原体的阴道微生态系统评价的研究。方法收集356例健康妇女解脲支原体感染的患者进行分析阴道分泌物微生态平衡状态,湿片初筛霉菌、滴虫、清洁度,染片分析菌群密度、多样性。结果356例健康妇女解脲支原体感染中,109例清洁度Ⅱ°(30.6%),85例患者阴道微生态平衡(23.9%),271例微生态失衡(76.1%),49例细菌性阴道炎(13.8%),3例滴虫性阴道炎(0.8%),55例霉菌性阴道炎(15.4%),80例需氧菌性阴道炎(22.5%),11例混合感染性阴道炎(3.1%)。结论感染解脲支原体的患者阴道微生态失衡率较高,其中需氧菌性阴道炎感染较多,其次是霉菌性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎及其他。Objective To investigate and evaluate microecosystem of ureaplasma urealyticum infection in healthy women.Methods Three hundred and fifty-sixhealthy women with Ureaplasma urealyticum infection were collected to analyze the microecological balance of vaginal secretions,the initial screening of mold,trichomonas and cleanliness by wet film,and the bacterial density and diversity by staining film.Results Among 356 healthy women with Ureaplasma urealyticum infection,109 cases(30.6%)had cleanlinessⅡ°,85 cases(23.9%)had vaginal microecological balance,271 cases(76.1%)had microecological imbalance,49 cases(13.8%)had bacterial vaginitis,3 cases(0.8%)had trichomonal vaginitis,55 cases(15.4%)had mycotic vaginitis,80 cases(22.5%)had aerobic vaginitis and 11 cases(3.1%)had mixed infection vaginitis.Conclusion The imbalance rate of vaginal Microecology in patients infected with Ureaplasma urealyticum was higher,among which the infection rate of aerobic vaginitis was more,followed by mycotic vaginitis,bacterial vaginitis and others.
