摘　　要：目的探讨大黄灌肠治疗对急性重症胰腺炎患者腹内压变异率、内毒素和降钙素原水平的影响。方法将50例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均给予西医常规治疗,观察组在西医常规治疗上予以大黄灌肠,对两组患者的腹内压变异率、内毒素水平、降钙素原水平进行比较。结果经治疗后两组患者腹内压变异率、内毒素水平及降钙素原水平低于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论大黄灌肠能降低急性重症胰腺炎患者腹内压变异率,能改善机体降钙素原及内毒素水平,临床疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of rhubarb enema on intra-abdominal pressure variability,endotoxin and procalcitonin levels in patients with acute severe pancreatitis.Methods Fifty patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment,the observation group was given rhubarb enema on routine western medicine treatment.The intra-abdominal pressure variability,endotoxin level and procalcitonin level of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the intra-abdominal pressure variability,endotoxin level and procalcitonin level of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Rhubarb enema can reduce the variation rate of intra-abdominal pressure in patients with severe acute pancreatitis,improve the level of procalcitonin and endotoxin,and has definite clinical effect.
